The hotel is conveniently located just 200 meters from the gondola, providing easy access to the mountains. The rooms were a bit cramped with three beds, and I had to frequently ask reception for toilet paper, which was a hassle. The staff was kind and helpful, but I wish there was more attention to room service. Overall, it offers good value, but I think improvements could be made in terms of room comfort and service timeliness.
